Had some mixed experiences with America Pro Roofing, but would contract with them again. The work they did and the materials they used were top notch. We had upgraded our shingles to the Decra stone coated metal shingles, and they look great on the house. When they got the materials, it was installed on the roof very quickly. My only complaint was with communication, it took over a year to get the roof installed from contract to installation. Now some of this was not their fault, it was after the big hail storm we had, and many people were getting their roofs redone. So, the supplies were on backorder, or so I was told. However, it would have been nice to have been informed of the delays rather than me having to reach out to them at least monthly for an update. They were polite about the issues, and I do like the work they did, but like I said, communication could have been better. They also partnered with another company (Green impact contracting) to help with my solar panals who were able to get my solar panals reinstalled on my upgraded roof. (if you have composit shingles prior on your roof, make sure your solar compay is aware that the roof material is being changed. so you don't get blindsided with a "we cannot reinstall your panels on that roof" excuse and upcharge from the solar company)
